We have a full programme of training courses for our Hair and Beauty salon and Spa customers.  Our purpose built RJM Training Academy in Belfast, hosts many of the hair and beauty courses that we run.  However we do also provide onsite training and education throughout Ireland.  More recently we have implemented a full schedule of online courses running via Instagram and also privately scheduled Zoom sessions with the Oway education team.  We now also have access to a dedicated online [comfort zone] academy portal.

Our team of hair and beauty educators are kept uptodate throughout the year with the latest product and industry developments to ensure our course content stays current and relevant.  We will also be including new content for all of our courses in how to keep you and your clients safe in the salon.

We have access to Oway's Global Ambassadors Blue Tit and organise inspirational cutting courses with them throughout the year in Ireland.  Their courses are first class and are an amazing experience for all those who attend.

In addition to our own educators, we have teamed up with Damien Johnston from Pure Hair in Belfast giving our customers a whole selection of exciting courses to book on.
